@Charles Hi, well first find out which area of web you would like to specialise in eg. web design, flash animation, application development etc. From there you can start by doing research and tutorials on the web, if you feel you need to have foraml training there are some great collages out there which will train you and get you up to speed with the basic before you enter the into the industry. Most importantly is that you have a solid portfolio this will be your foot in the door.
