Description: Direct Deals is a new electronic retail store that opened in 2009, with a vision to take on the "big dogs". Their strategy is to offer a price guarantee on all high quality products, the strap line says it all "We beat any price". The online brand needed a fresh, clean and stylish look, that stands out to and makes a statement. The sites crafted design finishes and unique look gives it the identity they are in search off.

Description: We use eMarketing to its full extent with KLM Empowered, as we know the power of online campaigns. We have found that using direct emails as part of their marketing strategy has increased brand exposure by 100% and increased on the bottom line. The mailers focus is careers in the workplace and is sent out to a opt-in list, this mailer is linked to a dynamic enquiry form where by the user can to attach there CV and send it. This campaign is integrated with social networks such as Twitter and Facebook.

The goal was to drive more traffic to the site and more foot traffic into there stores. We designed and built them a HTML newsletter that delivers the information via mail. This has been successful and we will continue growing the online brand into the future.
